"Buying and selling a house is not easy especially with a one year old in the mix. Jessica was extremely patient with us as we searched for a year for that perfect home. She held our hand as we made offers, offers fell through, and I constantly wavered on the right move as a brand new mom. She was with us before the beginning and I know she will still be on our side even after the dust from moving boxes settles. She never tired from my requests to constantly see houses ... sometimes the same house multiple times. She wasn’t out for herself either - she looked out for my best interest too. "I want to offer my recommendations for one of the most incredible agents we have ever worked with. Ashley Oliver is one of the team members from Compass Realty (Team Warner). We moved to Murfreesboro, TN about 6 months ago after selling our house in California. We quickly realized that purchasing a house was not going to be as easy as selling our house. Working with Ashley Oliver was the only way we made it through the process. She was extremely helpful, active, dedicated, tenacious and most important, loyal. For 4 months she showed us houses, usually several a day. The market was crazy during this period and Ashley worked with us to define our want/need list and made many creative suggestions. Her patience and dedication gave us strength and confidence. She was always available and returned our calls/texts. She also followed through with requests for information, and I had many requests.
